Registration

The deadline for pre-registrations was 6 July 2009. As of now, registrations are accepted on-site in Leuven only.

For ease of processing, you can already download the onsite registration form here (pdf). Please bring the completed form with you to Leuven and present it at the registrations desk.

Registration fees are exempt of V.A.T. Lunch is not included in any of the conference rates.
(1) A letter of the Head of Department and/or a copy of the student card will be required to confirm the student status.  If this proof is not received together with the registration form, the full rate will be applied.
It is no longer possible to register accompanying persons or to book for the conference dinner.

Please note that the conference registration fee includes the publication of 1 accepted full paper per presenting author only.  If you have submitted multiple abstracts and wish to submit a full paper for more than 1 abstract, an additional publication fee of 50 EUR per paper will be charged, in case of acceptance of the additional paper(s). 

All
refereed and accepted papers will be published in an online freely accessible Journal of Physics: Conference Series and can be ordered on a CD-rom at no additional charge. (1 per delegate - see online registration form)
Given the maximum number of pages (1200) in the printed version, we can only guarantee that one accepted paper per registered presenting author will be published in the printed proceedings. The printed proceedings book can be ordered for the price of 90 euro per copy.

Payment

Registrations on-site can be paid by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR.

Cancellations

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 75 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received before 15 May 2009.  After this date no refunds will be made.
